Taxis to Tokyo are very expensive. Journey time is around 90 minutes to two hours depending on traffic.

Two companies offer convenient services from both Tokyo Narita terminals.

The Japan Railways Narita Express has services to Yokohama, Shinjuku and Tokyo stations. Trains depart Narita roughly at 15 minutes and 45 minutes past the hour and have a journey time of about 55 minutes.

Fare: ¥1,400.

Both terminals at Narita have their own train station.

The Airport Limousine Bus service to the Tokyo City Air Terminal in Hakozaki departs every 10-15 minutes and takes around 60-75 minutes. It costs ¥2,900.

Buses to the Yokohama City Air Terminal run about every half hour and take 90-120 minutes. Cost ¥3,500.

The Narita Airport - Haneda Airport bus has departures every 20-30 minutes, takes around 75 minutes and costs ¥3,000.
