Arrival Area Services - Airside

After disembarking follow the 'Arrivals' signs to Immigration and Baggage Reclaim.

Luggage Trolleys: Available in baggage reclaim areas.

Toilets: There are toilets in the Arrivals areas, some with baby change facilities.

Pay Phones: Cash, credit and phonecard machines available.

Currency: There is a Bureau de Change facility in the Arrivals 3 area. Additional currency exchanges are after Customs in the Landside Arrivals halls.

Arrivals Landside

After completing immigration and customs formalities, the full terminal arrival facilities including the Schiphol Plaza shopping area are available.

Toilets: There are toilets in the Arrivals areas, some with baby change facilities.

Pay Phones: Cash, credit and phonecard machines in the Arrivals halls.

Currency: There are Bureaux de Change facilities in each of the Arrivals halls.

Cash Dispensers: There is an ATM in Arrivals 3 hall.

Information Desk: The information desks in Arrivals areas 1 and 3 provide tourist as well as airport information.

Smoking Area: Smoking is permitted in specific areas - look for the signs.

Postal Services: Facilities outside the terminal near the air traffic control tower.

Left Luggage: Basement level between Arrival Halls 1 & 2. The left luggage desk is open from 07:00 to 22:45. Tel (+31) 020 601 2443.

Food and Drink: Limited catering facilities in the Arrivals area. For a better choice go upstairs to the Departures level.

Shopping: The Schiphol Plaza on the Arrivals level has a wide range of shops.

Car Rental: The major rental companies have desks in the central Arrivals hall. Make your rental car reservation online at Airwise Travel.

Hotel Information: There are reservation display boards in Arrivals 2 and 3. Book a hotel online with Airwise Travel.

Parking: Access to the Short Term car parks is by covered walkway. Frequent transfer buses from the Arrivals forecourt serve the Long Term car park.

Taxi: Taxi rank on Arrivals forecourt.

Train: Access to the airport Rail Station for trains to Amsterdam Central station and other destinations is through the Schiphol Plaza. Follow the signs.

Bus: Buses to major hotels and central Amsterdam leave from the Arrivals forecourt.

Lost & Found

Lost property desk is located by Left Luggage on the basement level of Arrivals 1 & 2. Open 07:45 to 16:15 Monday to Friday. At other times contact Left Luggage staff. Tel: (+31) 020 601 2443.
Visitor Center

Located in Arrivals 1 the center is all about Schiphol - past, present and future. Admission free. Open Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 17:00. Saturday and Sunday, 12:00 to 17:00. Tel: (+31) 020 601 3652.
