Departures - Airside
After passport control/Immigration, Schiphol's wide range of duty free shops are available. There is also an improved selection of catering outlets.
 | Luggage Trolleys: Available free of charge in the terminal. |
 | Toilets: In the Departures lounge and in each of the gate areas, some with disabled facilities. Baby change facilities in most areas. |
 | Pay Phones: Available in the Departures lounge and in each of the gate areas. Cash, phonecards and credit cards accepted. |
 | First Aid: A 24 hour Medical Center is on the upper floor of the central Departures lounge. |
 | Currency: Bureaux de Change in the Departures areas. Most facilities open from first flight to last. |
 | Cash machines: Available in the central, south and west lounges. |
 | Information Desk: Airport information available in the central and west Departures lounge. |
 | Smoking Area: Smoking is allowed in specified areas of lounges. |
 | Postal Services: Available in the west and central areas of the Departures lounge. Post Office in the central lounge is open from 06:00 to last flight. |
 | Luggage Lockers: Available in the central and west Departures lounge. NLG 5.00 per day; time limit 3 days. |
 | Restaurants and Bars: The selection of catering outlets this side of passport control is better than Landside. They are mostly on the upper level. |

 | Shopping: There is a wide range of Duty Free shops in the Airside Departures lounges. They are marketed under the Amsterdam Airport Shopping Centre "See Fly Buy" label. There isn't the range of internationally recognized shops that other airports have, but Schiphol prides itself on the quality, variety and price of its duty free shops. |
Business Center
Full business facilities including phone, fax, computer and secreterial services are available on the upper level of the central Departures lounge between gate areas E and F. Open 08:30 to 17:30, Tel: +31 (0)20 610 21 80. Fax: +31 (0)20 601 23 89.
Casino
Between Pier E & F in the central lounge. Boarding passes needed for entry and passengers must be over 18. Open 06:00 to 22:00.
Children's Play Areas
There are unsupervised play areas in the central Departures lounge. Additionally, the KLM Junior Jet Lounge for children traveling alone is fully staffed by KLM.
There is also a nursery with cots for small babies located between Gates E and F. Open 06:00 to 22:00.
Prayer Room
There are two Places of Worship after passport control/Immigration. One on the upper level of the central Departures lounge, the second on the upper level of the west Departures lounge. Open 06:00 to 23:00.
