Location
Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is located 23 km/14 miles north-east of Paris on the main A1 Autoroute between Paris and Lille. As you approach the airport follow signs for Aérogare/Terminal 2.
Layout
CDG Terminal 2 is divided into five Halls. Four of them, Halls 2A, 2B, 2C and 2D handle both Departures and Arrivals on the same level. Check-in is at the center of each hall with Arrivals at the end. There are lifts/elevators, escalators and stairs to the Parking area on the lower level.
Hall 2F has two levels. Check-in and Departures are on the upper floor, Arrivals on the lower. Parking is shared with the rail station (ParkF/TGV) and can be accessed by lifts/elevators, escalators and stairs.

 | Luggage Trolleys: No shortage of free trolleys/carts in all areas. |
 | Toilets: Available throughout the terminal, all with disabled facilities. Most toilets have a baby changing area. |
 | Pay Phones: There are plenty of phones throughout the terminal, but most accept France Telecom Cards only. Very few accept coins. FT Cards can be purchased from the Post Office and some Travelex Bureaux de Change. |
 | Currency: All five halls have Travelex Bureaux de Changes. |
| Banks: Agencies for L'Union des Banques de Paris in middle of Halls 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D & 2F. Open 09.00 to 17.00, Monday to Friday. Closed Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. |
 | Cash Dispensers: ATMs in all five halls of the terminal and the Shops and Services Area. |
 | Information Desk: located in the middle of Departure Halls 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D and 2F. |
 | Smoking Area: Smoking is not allowed in the airport terminals. Designated smoking areas are signed. |
 | Medical Center: Located in Hall A, near Gate 1 on the Departures level. |
 | Postal Services: There is a Post Office in the Shops & Services area, between Halls 2A, 2B, 2C & 2D lower level. Open Monday to Friday 08.00 to 19.00; Saturday 08.00 to 12.00, closed Sunday. |
 | Left Luggage: There are no left luggage desks or lockers at the airport - a source of annoyance to many passengers. However, some of the airport hotels may oblige. |
 | Special Needs: The terminal has low level access to ATMs for wheelchair users, disabled toilets, lifts/elevators connecting to other levels and special parking places. |
Business Center
Business facilities at Terminal 2 are available at the Sheraton Hotel which is located at the TGV station concourse. The airport's main business center, operated by Aeroports de Paris, is at Terminal 1.

In Shops & Services Area between Halls 2A, 2B, 2C & 2D, lower level.
Duty Free Tax Reclaim
At the Travelex Bureaux de Change in Halls 2A, 2B and 2C. Near check-In Desk 17 in Hall 2F.

In the Shops & Services Area, between Halls 2A, 2B, 2C & 2D lower level.
Chapel
The chapel is located in the Shops and Services Area, between Halls 2A, 2B, 2C & 2D, lower level. Sunday Mass at 10.15 & 14.30. Weekday services 12.15.
