Toilets: Facilities at each end of the Arrivals Hall. Both have disabled access and showers, the facility on the right hand side has baby care facilities in the womens toilet.
Pay Phones: In main Arrivals hall.
Currency: Two Bureaux de Change in the Arrivals hall. Thomas Cook, open 05:30-23:00, and Travelex, open 05:30-22:30.
Cash Dispensers: None in Arrivals. Nearest upstairs on mezzanine floor - Barclays, Midland and Nationwide Link handle most international and domestic cards.
Information Desk: In main Arrivals area on left hand side.
Smoking Area: On right hand side near toilets and tourist info.
Meeting Point: In middle of Arrivals area.
Postal Services: Mail box and stamp machine near WH Smith at Arrivals exit.
Left Luggage: Upstairs on Departures level beside the terminal entry door between Zones D / E. Open 06:00-22:00, £3.00 per item up to 12 hours, £3.50 per 24 hour period.
Food and Drink: Coffee and snacks only. For meals use the catering outlets upstairs in The Avenue on the mezzanine level.
Shopping: There is only a news shop / bookstore on the Arrivals level. More upstairs on the mezzanine floor.
Car Rental: Major companies have desks in the self contained building across the forecourt from Arrivals.
Hotel Reservations: The Thomas Cook Bureau de Change handles hotel bookings. For a list of airport hotels.
Parking: Access to Short Stay car park across the forecourt. Shuttle bus outside the terminal for Long Stay parking.
Taxi: Taxi rank on forecourt.
Train: Take the shuttle to the South Terminal from the mezzanine floor for the rail station. Signposted.
Bus services: Available to a variety of destinations from the terminal forecourt.
