Toilets: Facilities at both ends of Baggage Reclaim - on the left has facilities for disabled users.

Pay Phones: In Baggage Reclaim.

Toilets: At each end of the floor. Facilities for disabled users at the left of the building beside the left luggage counter.

Pay Phones: Throughout the terminal, some with fax facilities.

Currency: Three Bureaux de Change - Thomas Cook, open 24 hours, and Travelex, open 24 hours are located in the middle of the floor. There is an additional Travelex towards the left luggage counter.

ATMs: There are Barclays and Link ATMs beside the Thomas Cook Bureau de Change. They accept international and domestic cards.

Information Desk: Airport enquiries desk towards the left hand side of the floor.

Smoking Area: Seating area on right hand side near WH Smith bookstore.

Postal Services: Mail box and stamp machine near the Information desk.

Left Luggage: On the extreme left hand side of the terminal open 05:30 - 23:00. Cost £2.50 per item for up to 6 hours, £3.00 per item for 6-12 hours, £3.50 per 24 hours.

Food and Drink: Café bar serving light refreshments only on Arrivals floor. More choice upstairs on mezzanine floor.

Shopping: There is only a small news shop in the Arrivals area. For a better choice go upstairs to Departures.

Car Rental: Major companies have desks in the Arrivals area. Make your rental car reservation online at Airwise Travel.

Hotel Reservations: There is a hotel desk near the Information desk. Book a hotel online with Airwise Travel.

Parking: Access to the short term car park is directly across the terminal forecourt. Bus transfers to the Business and Long Term car parks are available on the forecourt.

Taxis: Taxi rank on Arrivals forecourt.

Train: The Heathrow Express station is on the right of the Arrivals floor beyond WH Smith. The Terminal 4 London Underground station for services to London is below the Arrivals level. Follow the signs.

Bus services: Depart from the Arrivals forecourt.

The Arrivals level is a "one floor" area with good wheelchair access throughout. Toilet facilities for disabled users are available at the left of the floor near the Left Luggage counter. Access to the Departures and mezzanine catering levels is by lift/elevator.
