Location
Terminal 2 is in the main airport area between Terminal 1 and Terminal 3. Madrid Terminals are color-coded on signs, Terminal 2 is green.
There are direct links from Parking Area 2, the Metro Rail Station and other terminals via corridors and moving walkways.
Check-In Level (Upper floor)
Departures and check-in are located on the upper floor. The Arrivals area is at ground level.
Check-in desks are numbered from 400 to 561. Airline ticket desks are opposite the check-in desks. Spanair has automatic ticket machines at the entrance to Car Park 2, on connecting walkway and inside the terminal.
Tour Operators are opposite check-in desk 400.

 | Toilets: Various locations, with baby change and disabled facilities. |

 | Currency: Caja Madrid provides full banking service including money exchange. Open Monday-Friday 08:15 to 20:00, Saturday 10:00 to 14:30. |
 | ATMs: Caja Madrid, Banco Popular, BBUA cash machines available. |
 | Information Desk: Located in the central lobby. |
 | Medical Services: First Aid station located in the ground level Arrivals corridor between Terminals 1 and 2. |
 | Postal Services: Mail box only in Terminal 2; nearest post office in Terminal 1 Arrivals on the lower floor. |
 | Left Luggage: None in the terminal, lockers on connecting link to Car Park 2 and Metro station. There is a wrapping machine in the check-in area. |
 | Shopping: Not a big shopping experience - a fairly typical airport selection. |
