Madrid Airport Terminal 2 Departure Facilities


Location
    Terminal 2 is in the main airport area between Terminal 1 and Terminal 3. Madrid Terminals are color-coded on signs, Terminal 2 is green.

    There are direct links from Parking Area 2, the Metro Rail Station and other terminals via corridors and moving walkways.

Check-In Level (Upper floor)
    Departures and check-in are located on the upper floor. The Arrivals area is at ground level.

    Check-in desks are numbered from 400 to 561. Airline ticket desks are opposite the check-in desks. Spanair has automatic ticket machines at the entrance to Car Park 2, on connecting walkway and inside the terminal.

    Tour Operators are opposite check-in desk 400.


Porters/skycaps are available at parking lots, taxi stands and bus stops. Reservations: Tel 91 305 58 32.


Luggage Trolleys: Available on the forecourt - free.
Toilets: Various locations, with baby change and disabled facilities.
Pay Phones: Coin & card phones throughout the terminal. Phone card dispensers next to some phones.
Currency: Caja Madrid provides full banking service including money exchange. Open Monday-Friday 08:15 to 20:00, Saturday 10:00 to 14:30.
ATMs: Caja Madrid, Banco Popular, BBUA cash machines available.
Information Desk: Located in the central lobby.
Medical Services: First Aid station located in the ground level Arrivals corridor between Terminals 1 and 2.
Postal Services: Mail box only in Terminal 2; nearest post office in Terminal 1 Arrivals on the lower floor.
Left Luggage: None in the terminal, lockers on connecting link to Car Park 2 and Metro station. There is a wrapping machine in the check-in area.
Restaurants and Bars: There is a reasonable selection of catering outlets available.
Shopping: Not a big shopping experience - a fairly typical airport selection.


Art Gallery
    Access at end of the shopping mall, up stairs.

Internet Kiosks
    Internet kiosks available.

Lost & Found
    Counter located in Arrivals on ground level. Tel: 91 393 60 00, Ext 32400.




Lower Level

Toilets: With baby change and disabled facilities.
Bank: BBUA, full banking service including currency exchange.
ATMs: Cash machine at BBUA bank.


Place of Worship
    Catholic chapel located at start of connecting corridor to Parking Area 2. Inter-faith chapel and mosque located in Terminal 1, Floor 2.
