After disembarking follow the signs for Baggage Reclaim.
Luggage Trolleys: In Baggage Reclaim.
Toilets: Facilities in Baggage Reclaim and Arrivals Hall with disabled and baby care provision. Access to baby care for both parents.
Pay Phones: In Baggage Reclaim and main Arrivals hall. Phones for hard of hearing in both locations.
Currency: Thomas Cook Bureau de Change in central area near Information desk, open 05:30-20:00.
Cash Dispensers: Abbey Link and Lloyds near the Bureau de Change accept most cards.
Information Desk: In main hall, friendly staff. Also blue information telephones opposite the desk. There is a separate tourist information desk, but no hotels booking desk. Nearest is in Terminal 1.
Smoking Area: Smoking is allowed at Meeting Points and in some seated areas of lounges.
Meeting Point: Near Baggage Reclaim exit.
Postal Services: Mail box opposite Information desk.
Left Luggage: In centre of main hall near the Information Desk. £2 per item up to 12 hours. Open 06:00-22:00.
Food and Drink: A choice of self service restaurant and nearby bar.
Take the escalator to Departures level for more eating and drinking choice.
Parking: Access to Short Stay car park through the main exit and across forecourt. Pay desks and machines are located inside terminal.
There is a bus service to Long Stay Parking outside the terminal.
Don't forget that there are no car park payment points at car park vehicle exits.
Taxi: Taxi rank on terminal forecourt
Train: Rail station access is via the Skylink bridge which also connects with Terminal 1. The exit to the bridge is near the catering area. Moving walkways ease the strain but it is still a long hike.
The courtesy bus between terminals and rail and bus stations no longer operates.
