Paris Orly Terminal South is on four levels plus a basement where there is access to car parking and a limited amount of shopping outlets. There is more variety for shoppers on the Departures level, albeit in a slightly claustrophobic mall.
The street level is shared by Arrivals and baggage claim, and passengers heading for the upper floor Departures level. There are also Arrival areas on the upper floor. It all sounds confusing, but seems to work reasonably well.
There are seating areas and a snack bar above the Departures level while the terminal's gourmet restaurant, Le Cos St Germain, is another floor up.
Away from it all is the fourth floor where the art gallery and a terrace provide a tranquility rarely found at the check-in zones.
The terminal has its own rail station and free rail shuttle to Terminal West.
