Paris Orly Terminal West has separate Arrival (street level) and Departure (upper level) floors. Departures is split into four halls and a central concourse with shopping and other facilities on the landside. Hall 2 is dedicated to Air France internal flights while Hall 3 handles charters. Hall 3 can be crowded and chaotic.

Above the crowds is a mezzanine floor, quiet and relaxed, which boasts an art gallery which is well worth a look. For those who left it late to check in there are quick service restaurants throughout the terminal. Those with more time might like to find the calm of the Floor 2 restaurant level, where there is a chance to sample the gourmet menu at Maxim's, as well as a grill and brasserie.
