Southampton Airport prides itself on having the shortest distance from train to plane - 50 metres - so connections can be fast.
Up to three trains each hour serve the airport from London Waterloo station. Journey time is around an hour.
It is a 7 minute journey from Southampton city station.
Other connecting stations include Weymouth, Poole, Bournmouth, Fareham, Portsmouth, Reading, Oxford, Coventry and Birmingham.
The London-bound platform has an enclosed passenger waiting area with a small buffet, seating area, toilets, pay phones, an information desk and a rail ticket sales point.
