International Arrivals
International passengers arrive at Satellite One or Satellite Two. Map of Satellite One, Map of Satellite Two. Transfer to the main terminal is by rail transit system. Baggage Reclaim is in the main terminal after leaving transit train.
Baggage Reclaim Area
 | Luggage Trolleys: Freely available in Baggage Reclaim area. |
 | Toilets: Two, one with disabled facilities. |
 | Pay phones: Taxi phone in central waiting area. |
 | Currency: Thomas Cook Bureau de Change open first flight to last. |
Arrivals Concourse Services
| Toilets: Beside Costa Coffee, showers, baby change and facilities for the disabled available. |
| Pay phones: In Arrivals area and throughout the terminal. Phone with induction loop available near terminal exit. |
| Currency: ICE Bureau de Change located between International Arrivals and Departures near main entrance serves both areas. |
 | ATMs: Barclays, Midland and Woolwich machines near the ICE Bureau de Change and Halifax ATM near the Thomas Cook Bureau de Change provide facilities for most domestic and international cards. |
 | Information Desk: On extreme right of terminal in International Arrivals area. |
 | Smoking Area: Smoking area in Arrivals hall. |
 | Meeting Point: Middle of concourse near exit from Customs. Comfortable seating, smoker area nearby. |
 | Postal Services: Mail box near the horel booking desk. No Post Office. |
 | Left Luggage: The left luggage desk is near the main terminal exit next to the ICE Bureau de Change and Cash Machines (ATMs). Charges: GBP£2 per item up to 12 hours. GBP£3 per item 12-24 hours. |
 | Shopping: There is a news shop / bookstore. |
 | Hotels: There is a reservations desk in the Arrivals area. |
 | Car Rental: Leading companies have desks in the Arrivals hall. |
 | Parking: The Short Stay car park is directly outside the terminal. Access by ramp, lift/elevator or escalator. Pay machines in car parks and at car park exits. Free coach transfer to Long Stay car park from terminal forecourt. |
 | Taxi: There is no taxi rank at Stansted, taxis must be booked at the desk in the International Arrivals area. |
 | Train: Lifts/elevators, escalators and ramps by the main terminal exit lead to the rail station. |
 | Bus station access by main terminal exit. |
Domestic Arrivals
Domestic passengers arrive at Satellite Two. Map of Satellite Two.
A walkway leads to the baggage reclaim area where there is a taxi phone.
| Information Desk: There is a passenger information 'tree' at the entrance to the baggage reclaim area. All other services are in the main terminal. |

| Pay phones: In the Arrivals area and throughout the terminal. |
