The Short Stay parking area is directly in front of the terminal building. Access to the terminal is by subway then ramp, lift/elevator or escalator.
Mid Stay
The Mid Stay car park combines shorter access times than Long Stay at daily rates cheaper than Short Stay. A free transfer shuttle connects with the terminal. Journey time 5 minutes.
Long Stay
The Long Stay car park is near the airport vehicle entrance. It is not only long stay but also long distance - allow up to 15 minutes for the free bus transfer to the terminal.
Make sure you note the section and bus stop on the back of your ticket, it's easy to lose your car when you return.
Disabled Parking
Stansted is friendly to people with disabilities. Dedicated bays in both car parks for disabled badge holders: In the Short Stay they are near the terminal entrances, in the Long Stay they are close to the transfer bus pick-up points.
Information phones are located in the car parks and airport buses are fitted with wheelchair lifts and tracking.

There are no fuel stations at the airport. The nearest is just off Junction 8 of the M11 motorway on the A120, approximately 3 miles from Stansted.
