Lower Level - Baggage Claim

Luggage Carts: Available, cost $1.25.

Restrooms: In arrivals / baggage claim area.

Pay Phones: Available throughout the terminal.

Information Desk: In center of lower level hall.

Smoking Area: No smoking in the terminal.

Restaurants and Bars: Go upstairs to the upper level departure concourses or the Rotunda between Terminals 2 & 3.

Car Rental: The major rental companies have desks on the lower level.

Parking: Access to the main parking garage and outdoor lots B and C.

Taxi: Taxi rank on forecourt outside the terminal exit.

Train: Follow signs for the CTA service to downtown Chicago.

Bus services are available to downtown and many other area destinations.

Transportation from O'Hare Airport.

There is a business center directly across from the terminal beneath the Hilton Airport hotel. Open weekdays 8am to 7pm (08:00 to 19:00). 773 601-1743 for information.
