Terminal 5, the international terminal, is south west of the main airport core, beyond Terminal 1, Terminal 2 and Terminal 3. It handles all international arrivals and most non US carriers' international departures.

Airport Parking Information

The terminal is on two levels, the upper level for departures, the lower for arrivals with full customs, immigration, baggage claim and ground transportation facilities available. Beyond the ticketing area is the main international Concourse M.

Luggage Carts: Readily available, cost $1.25 (no charge to international arrivals).

Restrooms: In the main terminal area.

Pay Phones: Plentiful around the terminal, some with facilities for hearing impaired users.

Currency: Bureau de Change after security near Gate M9, open 08:00 to 18:00 (8am to 6pm). There is another facility on the Arrivals level.

Information Desk: Located in the center of the check-in / ticketing area.

Smoking: Not allowed in any area.

Restaurants and Bars: A limited selection is available in the Midwest Market Food Court on the Departures level.

Shopping and Duty Free: A limited range of outlets is available on the Departures level.

Gates M1 to M21.

Restrooms: Available near departure gates.

Pay Phones: Throughout the concourse.

Restaurants and Bars: Catering outlets available.
