First service is just before 5 am weekdays with departures approximately every half hour at peak times, hourly off peak. The last service departs about midnight. The first service departs San Francisco at 8.15 on weekends.

Caltrain trains to downtown San Francisco from Millbrae station run from around 5.30 am until 11.30 pm weekdays. On weekends they run from just after 8 am until just after 11 pm.
