Tokyo Narita Airport is 65km (40 miles) from Tokyo. Take the Higashi-Kanto Expressway to the Shin-Kuko Expressway which takes you to Narita.
The Higashi-Kanto Expressway can get very busy, Journey times of 90 minutes are possible but three hours is not unknown. Allow plenty of time to get to Narita.
