Parking Options

San Francisco Airport has Short Term (Hourly and Daily Parking), Long Term and Valet Parking.

Short Term Parking

There are Short Term (hourly/daily) parking garages at the Domestic and International terminals.

The Central Parking Garage is for Domestic flights and flights to Canada. It is located between Terminals 1, 2 and 3 in the main airport complex off US 101. Follow the signs for Hourly Parking - Domestic.

For Terminal 1 use section A/B or B.
For Terminal 2 park in section C or D.
For Terminal 3 use section E, F or F/G.

The terminals are within walking distance of the central garage.

The International Terminal has two parking Garages - A and G - one at each side of the terminal. Follow the signs for Hourly Parking - International, then the airline to access the closest garage.

Long Term Parking

There are two Long Term garages and an open air lot. Garage access is at 794 South Airport Boulevard off the San Bruno Avenue exit from US 101. Follow the Long Term Parking signs.

The AirTrain Blue line, which operates 24 hours a day, connects the Long Term garages with all terminals. AirTrain services run every few minutes throughout the day.

Valet Parking

Valet parking is available in the Short Term Parking Garage at the Domestic Terminals. Follow the access route to the Departures level. There is a left turn into the valet parking entrance opposite Terminal 1.

Disabled Parking

Reserved spaces for users with disabilities are available near the elevators in the Short Term Parking Garages, and in the Long Term garages.

Cell Phone Waiting Lot

A free Cell Phone Waiting Lot is located at North McDonnell Road near San Bruno Avenue, which is near the Long Term garages. There is a one hour maximum at the Cell Phone Lot.

How To Pay

The easiest way to pay for parking at San Francisco International is to swipe your credit card at the entry barriers to the garage. On exiting use the same card to complete payment.

Cash and major credit cards are accepted at pay points and cashier booths.
