ATMs
There are ATMs located throughout the airport, in all terminals at Changi Airport.
Additionally, there is a UOB bank in Terminal 2 on the B1 level. The bank is open 9.30 - 16.30 (9:30am – 4:30pm), Monday - Friday.
Duty/Tax Free
Passengers departing Singapore can get a GST refund at designated kiosks in the terminal Departures halls. GST is the sales tax levied on goods and services in the country.

Medical/Health
Raffles Medical operates medical clinics in all terminals at the airport. In Terminals 1 & 2 they are in the airside transit areas only, but in Terminals 3 & 4 they are available in the public areas in addition to transit areas.
Pharmacies are available in the Departures halls of Terminals 1, 2 & 3.

Changi Airport is open 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
