In addition to airline lounges, there are a number of pay-per-use lounges at Changi Airport. The lounges have a common price structure and are open 24 hours.

Terminal 1 has a Plaza Premium lounge on level 3 Departures above Gate C1. The direct phone line is 6443 2730. Advance booking available here.

There are two Ambassador Transit Lounges, one each in Terminal 2 and Terminal 3. They are located on level 3 of the Departure halls of the terminals. Contact number for the Terminal 2 lounge is 6241 0978, and Terminal 3 is 6507 9798. Online bookings for both lounges here.

Terminal 4 has a Blossom Lounge on level 2 of the Departure Transit hall. Direct line is 6243 9070.

All lounges cost SGD$55 for a three hour pass, SGD$97 for five hours, and SGD$195 for ten hours.
